On the west of Linton-Naringhil Road, was a large store run by Sin Kee, and a store and gold buying business run by Wong Chung. These businesses were at the centre of a large Chinese community in this area opposite Linton Park.
The picture above is of Jimmy Lee Ching who was a well-known figure around Linton into the 1920s, selling produce from his market garden.
