Los geht es am Gartenzaun der Richterstraße 4+6. Erbaut wurde das Haus 1924 von dem berühmten Architekten Richard Tschammer, der in Leipzig für viele prächtige Bauten verantwortlich zeichnet. Hier, wo heute eine solidarische Genossenschaft die Sanierung plant und unser Verein Goase e.V. Kunst- Kultur- und Bildungsangebote schafft, beginnt auch unsere Erzählung.
